North Bondi Fish: Bondi Beach (December 2014)

With the gorgeous weather Sydney has been having, we’ve been on the hunt for some lunch spots to soak in as much of that “Summer Vibe” as possible! One of our favourite spots this summer has been North Bondi Fish. Open daily from lunch until late, it’s really all about long lunches and mingling over drinks at North Bondi Fish. The venue itself is breathtaking with panoramic of our iconic Bondi Beach, and the simple and summery seafood dishes are well matched with the good selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Mango Passionfruit and Mint Home Made Soda ($6)
Coconut water, Pineapple and Thyme Home Made Soda ($6)

On this occasion we tried their non-alcoholic Home Made Sodas which was refreshing and light without being overly sweet.

Nelson Bay Fried Flathead and Chips ($29)

The Nelson Bay Fried Flathead and Chips was crispy and “light” for fish and chips, and did not swim in oil.

Blue Swimmer Crab Linguine served with Chilli, Peas and Lemon ($32)

The Blue Swimmer Crab Linguine was a hit and miss with us. The dish was overall quite bland, though we did adore how tender the swimmer crab pieces were.
